Since all of our kits are "custom" cut to order for each individual customer we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final!

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within 7- 10 business days from the day we receive cleared payment. Your shipping date will be printed on your order confirmation.

Most of the items on our website will be shipped motor freight due to size and weight restrictions with companies like UPS. Your shipment, once shipped, can take anywhere between 2 days, and 7 days to arrive. (It usually takes about 5-7 days to ship from Florida to California.) The shipping company will call a day or two in advance to schedule a drop off time, which someone must be there to receive. The shipping company's driver will move the crate to the back of the truck and the crate will have to be unloaded by hand, piece by piece. So make sure there is someone who will be able to handle the weight there to receive shipment. The shipping company does not require the driver to help, although most will anyway. For smaller items such as the smaller entry door pergola kits, we will ship UPS when possible.

Upon shipment we will send you a notification of shipment with a tracking number so you will be able to track your items. We will include pictures of your crate as it is loaded on the truck and a packing list so you will have it before the shipment gets to you.This way you will be able to see exactly what the crate should look like when it arrives and have the packing list in case the one attached to the crate is lost in transit.

Upon receiving your shipment please inspect the crate and all of the pieces for damage. If there happens to be any damage it is the customer's responsibility to have the driver fill out an incident report and take pictures of the damage if possible. If this is not done we have no grounds for making a claim to the shipping company and replacement parts will not be sent. If you refuse shipment there will be a redelivery fee charged by the shipping company that will be your responsibility to pay.

After Receiving your shipment please send us an email and let us know how the freight company did as far as customer service and delivery expectations. This is important information for us to have to make sure that our pergolas are reaching their destinations in a timely fashion, free from damage, and in a manner that is consistent with our companies values.
